Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand and lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution.
• Act as accountable technical leader for use cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production status across multiple use cases.
• Leverage shared services, support, and experts; create POVs on accelerating use cases to production with Professional Services.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on innovations, previews, and upgrades; develop execution plans across work streams like adoption and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, health, risks, and progression to Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI, contributing to technical debates and designs.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and attributing business value to deliverables.
• Technical program/project management with accountability for accounts, stakeholders, resources; resolving high-stakes escalations.
• Conducting discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, complex program delivery; track record of overachievement.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; can travel up to 30%.
