TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $190K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead revenue forecasting, sales capacity planning, and quota setting across all GTM segments.
  • Develop and maintain the GTM operating model, focusing on ramp, productivity, and unit economics.
  • Manage budget-vs-actual reporting for GTM spend and conduct monthly business reviews and quarterly board reporting.
  • Produce board-ready analyses on pipeline health, win rates, and segment ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to design annual compensation plans aligned with consumption economics.
  • Oversee the bottom-up commissions forecast and the monthly reporting cadence.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in strategic finance or GTM finance.
  • Direct experience with consumption-based revenue models.
  • Proven experience designing or owning sales compensation plans.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, including top-down/bottom-up revenue builds and capacity models.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into executive-ready narratives for GTM leadership.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York (Hybrid).
