What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable packaging strategies and KPIs to support growth ambitions and the product roadmap.
• Drive the research and implementation of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions across the product portfolio.
• Review and optimize packaging to ensure alignment with quality, sustainability, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve packaging quality, material efficiency, and cost structures.
• Manage packaging-related master data and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements (PPWR, SUP).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in packaging development within the food industry or related sectors.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, Material Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, sustainability trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing packaging projects and improving processes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
