What you will do

• Manage laser structuring processes and subprocesses in series production independently.
• Monitor defined processes using Six Sigma and Lean methods such as SPC.
• Implement process optimizations and support complex improvement activities to optimize yield and quality.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and inspection documentation, including work instructions and specifications.
• Train production teams as a certified trainer.
• Participate in risk analyses (FMEAs) and prepare technical decision documents (ECRs).

Requirements

• Degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Professional experience in a production or technical environment.
• Experience with laser material processing technologies and fine mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and Continuous Improvement methods.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Berlin, Germany.
