What you will do

• Independently manage assigned coating processes and subprocesses to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Monitor processes using Six Sigma and Lean methods (e.g., SPC) and implement optimizations.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Train production teams as a certified trainer and define maintenance plans for bonding processes.
• Optimize process yield, costs, and cycle times while participating in risk analyses (FMEAs).
• Coordinate with D&E and R&T teams to adapt existing processes and integrate new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Professional experience in production environments with precision/fine mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with vacuum technology and gas safety systems in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in statistical evaluation of large, heterogeneous data sets.
• Practical experience with Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in both English and German for communication with international teams.
