VP of RevOps & Enablement (HR Tech): Architecting and scaling a high-performance, data-driven revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance with an accent on strategic alignment and operational excellence. Focus on modernizing GTM systems using AI and analytics, optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel, and driving global sales enablement strategies.
Location: Hybrid in New York (Chelsea); must be based in the NY metro area
Salary: $220,000 - $290,000 per year

What you will do
- Own global sales planning processes, including annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel and drive CRM (Salesforce) excellence in data quality and reporting.
- Define and execute a global enablement strategy covering onboarding, continuous training, and leadership development.
- Manage the GTM tech stack and implement AI-driven tools for sales productivity and forecasting.
- Establish core GTM metrics and deliver actionable performance insights to the executive leadership team.
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Ops & Enablement team to support rapid company growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations / RevOps, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably with mid-market or enterprise focus.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks.
- Must be based in the NY metro area to support the hybrid working model.
- Strong proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR Tech or SaaS scale-ups.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales productivity and forecasting.
- Professional background in consulting, finance, or analytics.
- Experience supporting a hybrid PLG + Sales-led growth model.
