What you will do
- Prepare and analyze industrial waste samples according to established protocols and procedures.
- Calculate and report analytical results accurately and within required timelines.
- Operate laboratory instrumentation, specifically GC, ICP, and Calorimeter.
- Maintain lab housekeeping, including cleaning glassware and managing sample disposal.
- Adhere strictly to the Waste Analysis Plan and Chemical Hygiene Plan.
- Collect samples from tank trailers, which may involve climbing ladders and working outdoors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
- Ability to work onsite in La Porte, TX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in an industrial waste laboratory.
