What you will do

• Lead the Out-of-Home channel strategy and execution across the Egyptian market.
• Drive revenue and volume growth through both direct and distributor-managed sales models.
• Build, manage, and optimize distributor relationships to ensure performance delivery.
• Develop and execute channel expansion and growth plans.
• Ensure optimal product availability and adherence to brand standards in-market.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within FMCG or beverages.
• Strong expertise in distributor management and indirect sales models.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt to maintain a strong on-ground field presence.
