What you will do

• Lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer’s representative.
• Manage contractor onboarding, productivity, sequencing, and resourcing.
• Coordinate construction across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, and Infrastructure.
• Ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee HSE compliance and evaluate claims, variations, and commercial impacts.
• Drive commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover for operator takeover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Expertise in Primavera, MS Project, and relevant ERP systems.
• Strong on-ground leadership for contractor and stakeholder management.
