What you will do

• Lead and develop the Operational Procurement team, managing task allocation, productivity, and professional growth.
• Implement processes for raw materials forecasting, inventory management, and ordering cycle optimization across direct and indirect categories.
• Design and maintain procurement policies, practices, and standards aligned with company values and legal requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems (specifically SAP) to execute and monitor raw material planning and order management.
• Conduct supplier capacity assessments and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve critical supply issues.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to service and component supply to minimize business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, and purchasing.
• 6+ years of direct management experience.
• Proficiency with SAP Materials Management or similar ERP solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for executive reporting.
