What you will do

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments from planning through reporting, ensuring consistency with departmental standards.
• Coordinate workplan projects to ensure completion within the plan year and designated budget.
• Compose fact-based audit reports with practical business recommendations to rectify identified deficiencies.
• Perform follow-up reviews to ascertain whether appropriate corrective actions have been taken by management.
• Assist in risk assessments of subsidiary operations to develop the system-wide audit plan.
• Collaborate with Information Systems and Organizational Integrity teams on cross-functional audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Required certification: CPA, CIA, or CISA.
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in public accounting, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or financial/IT operations.
• Must be based in the United States and capable of traveling up to 30% of the time.
• Experience employing audit techniques, including data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience serving healthcare organizations.
• Proficiency in ACL computer audit software.
