What you will do

• Lead corporate risk assessment analysis and audit planning with management and governance.
• Enhance control framework through documentation, risk assessments, and internal control updates.
• Execute risk assessments for business areas, analyze gaps, and recommend remediations.
• Define audit scopes, design control testing, and evaluate control effectiveness.
• Partner with finance, legal, and cross-functional teams to complete audit remediations.
• Provide guidance on controls, policies, and new systems; lead internal trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA and/or CIA certification.
• 5+ years in audit/advisory at public accounting firm or senior internal audit role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, SOX, risk/controls standards, and business processes.
• Excellent verbal/written communication for executive presentations.
• Advanced technical, analytical skills; ability to handle ambiguity and develop solutions.

• Experience preparing company for public readiness on audit/controls.
• Leadership managing audit teams and concurrent projects.
• Experience with tools for advancing internal controls.
