What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring equipment, accounts, background checks, and documentation are ready before day one.
  • Track HR reviews, probation periods, performance, career progression, and compensation reviews.
  • Build and maintain HR Operations Playbook documenting SOPs for leave, terminations, and other processes.
  • Own HRIS (Deel) as source of truth, conduct audits for employee records, compensation, and org charts.
  • Manage enrollment and termination of benefit plans, respond to employee inquiries promptly.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on scorecards, JDs, interview scheduling, and offer-to-onboarding transitions.
  • Generate quarterly reports on headcount, turnover, and time off for leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in lean HR function for small to medium organizations.
  • Obsessive attention to detail in high-output environment.
  • High fluency in HRIS, Performance Management, and ATS tools (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) with automation and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record identifying and fixing employee lifecycle frictions proactively.
  • Ability to simplify complex policies and handle sensitive data confidentially.
  • Functional literacy in employment laws from at least one region to identify risks.
  • Experience thriving in rapid organizational changes, balancing projects and daily support.
