What you will do
- Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex telecoms projects and portfolios with significant risk and benefit.
- Manage complex budgets ranging from £1m to £20m, ensuring financial astuteness and identifying improvements.
- Ensure PMO and resourcing teams have clear visibility of demand, milestones, and contractual commitments.
- Act as a customer champion by resolving issues and translating program outcomes into tangible business value.
- Collaborate with Practice & Hub Managers and Client Services to maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Adapt project management methods to fit the specific delivery context and governance needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering a broad range of telecoms and network technologies across various sectors.
- Strong capability in managing complex budgets (£1m–£20m) and interpreting commercial contracts.
- Expertise in technical delivery and project management methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance (minimum 3 years UK residency and full UK right to work).
Nice to have
- Specific experience with core network, WAN/LAN, cloud voice, or contact center technologies.
- Experience embedding project management tools, standards, and governance frameworks.
