TL;DR
Project Manager - UK and Ireland (Renewable Energy): Managing wind energy projects from sales handover to service handover with an accent on time, cost, quality, HSE, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on executing multi-million EUR turnkey projects, leading cross-functional teams, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and resolving issues to ensure on-budget delivery.
Location: Didsbury, Manchester with regular travel to sites across the UK & Ireland. Must hold a full UK driving licence.

What you will do
- Support sales in tender finalization and ensure smooth handover to project management.
- Execute projects on-time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Manage environment, health, safety, subcontractors, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
- Handle contract and claim management, negotiations, and personnel oversight.
- Monitor quality, progress, KPIs, and initiate corrective actions for issues.
- Prepare monthly status reports and facilitate handover to service team.
Requirements
- Significant experience as Project Manager in complex technical projects (civil construction, manufacturing, plant engineering), ideally in wind or energy sectors in UK/Ireland.
- Degree in Engineering discipline.
- Full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven leadership in delivering large, complex turnkey projects for utility-scale clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Regular travel to UK & Ireland sites required; full UK driving licence mandatory.
