What you will do

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities in the agricultural sector, assessing ROI, risk, and feasibility of interventions.
• Design programs from start to finish, including implementation planning, partner negotiation, and pilot design.
• Track results, evaluate impact, and iterate on sustainability interventions.
• Manage and develop a remote team of analysts across different cultures.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with private sector and government stakeholders.
• Conduct fieldwork in smallholder communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE at a Project Leader or Engagement Manager level.
• 2+ years of experience in industry (tech, VC-backed startups, or impact investing) or relevant expertise in agritech, agriscience, or climate tech.
• University degree in science or engineering (preferred).
• Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with R, Python, or AI tools for data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage teams remotely and across different cultures.
