What you will do

• Strategically steer multiple product categories in Austria to align with company and country targets.
• Collaborate with Controlling and Country Management on annual planning, forecasting, and financial recommendations.
• Optimize assortment strategies, including bundles and sets, to increase average order value and margin.
• Act as a strategic interface for cross-functional teams like Pricing, Procurement, CRM, and Marketplace.
• Lead and mentor a team of three Category Managers to foster scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Category Management within e-commerce or online-driven business models.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, margin management, and P&L impact analysis.
• Ability to operate in steering committees and contribute to high-level commercial discussions.
• Business-fluent in both German and English.
• Strong ability to manage complexity and derive priorities from data and market trends.
