Salary: $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement quality guidelines and workflows for premium AI-powered content experiences.
• Shape editorial direction through data-driven content strategy and prompt-engineering guidance.
• Lead large editorial projects for major tentpole events such as the World Cup, Met Gala, and F1.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly editorial planning across all MAI surfaces.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, and strategic planning.
• Drive audience development to attract new and younger users to MSN and hirify.global experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in driving editorial direction, strategy, and accuracy at scale.
• Must be based within a 50-mile commute of a Microsoft office in the U.S.
• Work from office requirement: at least four days per week.

• 15+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Proven experience collaborating with product and technical engineering teams.
• Experience building products for broad audiences at scale.
• Experience with GenAI content.
