Location: Redmond, United States. Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S.
Salary: $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do
- Develop and implement quality guidelines and workflows for premium AI-powered content experiences.
- Shape editorial direction through data-driven content strategy and prompt-engineering guidance.
- Lead large editorial projects for major tentpole events such as the World Cup, Met Gala, and F1.
- Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly editorial planning across all MAI surfaces.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, and strategic planning.
- Drive audience development to attract new and younger users to MSN and experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience in driving editorial direction, strategy, and accuracy at scale.
- Must be based within a 50-mile commute of a Microsoft office in the U.S.
- Work from office requirement: at least four days per week.

- 15+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Proven experience collaborating with product and technical engineering teams.
- Experience building products for broad audiences at scale.
- Experience with GenAI content.
