What you will do

• Own and evolve the Sponsored Products ecosystem, including auction mechanics, bidding logic, and relevance models.
• Drive the development of retail media data products, such as first-party audience segments and attribution models.
• Shape the advertiser self-service platform for seamless campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
• Build and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and incrementality testing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams to maximize commercial impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or e-commerce monetization.
• Deep understanding of auction dynamics, advertiser ROI, and data-driven product design.
• Technical fluency in discussing data pipelines, model design, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and highly data-driven way.
