What you will do

• Define portfolio strategy and translate it into a roadmap that supports revenue and margin goals.
• Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to shape product requirements and customer value.
• Analyze market insights and data to size opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Improve product management processes to ensure consistent portfolio practices across the segment.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to remove barriers and ensure delivery remains on track.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical leadership role.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile development.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to balance technical, commercial, and customer inputs.
• Experience identifying market opportunities and supporting go-to-market plans.
• Must be based in Germany or Spain.
