What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions such as Marketing, Retail Media, and Tech across multiple European locations.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other innovative strategies.
• Act as a sparring partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and conducting interview trainings.
• Apply data-driven approaches to improve hiring strategies and shape the recruiting culture.
• Explore and implement AI-driven recruiting tools to optimize workflows and team capabilities.
• Participate in strategic recruiting initiatives and contribute to key business meetings.

Requirements

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience in international environments focusing on corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Business fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Cologne, Germany.

• Business level German proficiency.
