• Map talent landscapes and identify high-impact potentials across EMEA and North America.
• Execute executive search research using Boolean strings and AI-driven tools to find elite talent.
• Craft hyper-personalized outreach and engagement strategies tailored to different cultures and regions.
• Conduct high-fidelity discovery calls in German and English to evaluate candidates' performance and cultural add.
• Maintain and automate talent pipelines within the CRM to ensure searchable international pools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in Executive Search or Internal Sourcing for high-growth tech companies.
• Native or business-fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing across global platforms (GitHub, X, etc.).
• Proficiency with AI tools for research and automated lead-generation workflows.
• Deep knowledge of compensation, notice periods, and candidate expectations in the DACH and North American markets.
