What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviews, offers) for internal and client roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical needs and evaluate market availability.
  • Source candidates for various technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
  • Maintain ATS data, track recruitment pipelines, and prepare job descriptions.
  • Negotiate offers and support successful candidate onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment for both permanent and contractual positions.
  • Solid understanding of the IT job market, especially in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and Germany.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience using ATS tools and digital sourcing platforms.
