Intern, Software Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Assist with SaaS client implementations by handling documentation, configuration, testing, and delivery coordination with an accent on requirements gathering, process flows, and system setup. Focus on validating solutions, maintaining Jira tickets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on real client projects.

Location: Remote, must be located in the US and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Rate: $25 USD per hour

What you will do

• Assist with requirements documentation including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Support system configuration and setup under senior guidance.
• Participate in testing to validate solutions meet requirements.
• Update Jira tickets and internal documentation for sprint execution.
• Join meetings to observe discovery, solution design, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Product, Development, and QA teams.
• Support data review and analysis for implementations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to follow processes
• Basic technical aptitude and interest in SaaS platforms
• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field

Nice to have

• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of APIs or SaaS platforms
• Academic projects or prior internships in technology or systems
