What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience, from query input and autocomplete to results pages and filters
• Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in collaboration with data science and ML teams
• Drive discovery and navigation to enable seamless movement between browsing and searching
• Define and refine the measurement framework for search using advanced metrics
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing short-term wins and long-term infrastructure

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, including ranking logic and UX
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience in complex metrics and experimentation
• Ability to collaborate with data science and ML teams on ranking signals and semantic search
• Passion for creating intuitive user experiences across different devices and use cases
