Director of Product - Vendor Promotions (AdTech)

Focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, collaborating with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers, and aligning global product agendas with C-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (attendance at the campus 2 days a week is required)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy to establish vendor promotions as a key lever for marketplace success.
• Build high-performance e-commerce products through deep product discovery and user-centric optimization.
• Lead a cross-functional team including commercial performance managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, designers, and engineers.
• Collaborate with regional teams and secure buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders for the product agenda.
• Act as a product champion and mentor within the global product community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building digital growth or promotions products in high-performance environments.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams with a track record of driving business results.
• Strong ability to work independently with a very high degree of ownership.
• Highly analytical profile with the ability to align product agendas based on data and expected impact.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for complex organizational environments.
