What you will do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the dream car raffle business.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives balancing short-term results and long-term growth.
  • Develop user understanding via insights, research, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage product backlog, oversee execution from discovery to launch, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Lead post-launch operations with experimentation, promotions, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and stakeholders while defining and analyzing KPIs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience building and scaling customer-centric products in e-commerce, gaming, or high-conversion environments.
  • Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of metrics like conversion, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Hands-on with product discovery, experimentation, user journey optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments; experience in regulated settings is a plus.
