What you will do

• Develop core services primarily using Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Accelerate foundational services to scale the output of product teams.
• Implement unit and integration tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define and ship product roadmap features.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Establish cross-stack standards for AI-generated code from API design to UI components.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Professional experience with Golang (preferred), React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in designing APIs using Protocol Buffers, OpenAPI, or similar standards.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify compliance required).
