Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with internal leaders to identify high-friction processes for AI-driven redesign.
• Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate agent workflows to drive measurable improvements in efficiency.
• Design and maintain evaluation and feedback loops using frameworks like LangChain to ensure reliability.
• Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and internal tooling to accelerate AI deployments.
• Translate field insights into broader AI strategy, product direction, and organizational design.
• Maintain high engineering standards including documentation, versioning, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production-quality code.
• Experience with LLM tooling or agent frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States (confirmed by E-Verify participation).
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and define requirements independently.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exposure to evaluation, experimentation, or quality measurement for AI systems.
• Experience building internal tools, workflows, or automations for business teams.
