What you will do

• Manage the IT ticketing system and resolve user requests while maintaining strict IT security standards.
• Perform hardware replacements and maintain user PCs and local infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 accounts and profiles.
• Monitor network performance and collaborate with the IT Manager to implement planned system upgrades.
• Manage local IT assets and proactively maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Collaborate with global IT support teams to ensure consistent implementation of global policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Liverpool, UK.
• Strong understanding of basic Network Protocols, Active Directory, and O365 Administration.
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance and replacement.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar industry-standard ticketing tools.
• Proven experience in first-line support operations and managing support workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
