What you will do

• Complete structured rotations in the Service Delivery team, covering asset, change, problem, and incident management.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for front and back office teams.
• Maintain and set up hardware including computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Ensure the stability and smooth operation of internal networks and internet connectivity.
• Manage the installation and updating of business-critical software.
• Study for a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Requirements

• Minimum of 112 UCAS points.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C / 9-4, including Maths and English.
• Right to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship and UK/EEA residency for the past 3 years.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong motivation for a career in the financial services industry.
• Personal attributes of honesty, self-motivation, and reliability.
