What you will do

• Provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support for IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Build, configure, deploy, and repair high-spec workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Monitor ticket trends to suggest process improvements and reduce repeat issues.
• Produce technical documentation and educate users on IT best practices.
• Provide offsite support, including occasional national and international travel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or 1st/2nd line IT support environment.
• Strong knowledge of high-performance PC hardware, including graphics cards and drivers.
• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in London, Bromley

Nice to have

• Experience supporting game development, creative studios, or high-performance user environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, or other identity management tools.
• Experience with AV equipment and collaboration technology, such as Q-SYS.
• An interest in games technology and PC hardware.
