Salary: $210,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine for obesity and comprehensive diabetes management.
• Manage patients with complex co-morbidities including Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and Cardiovascular conditions.
• Supervise and collaborate with Endocrine-Specialized APPs and Registered Dietitians specializing in diabetes.
• Integrate and manage the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and insulin pump therapy.
• Provide advanced treatment planning and mentorship for complex endocrinology cases and escalated concerns.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours call schedule.

Requirements

• Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
• Active licensure in AL, TN, OK, MO, IN, SC or GA.
• Current Letter of Qualification (LOQ) with the IMLC.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an attending physician in endocrinology.
• Expertise in advanced diabetes management and handling complex co-morbidities.
• Experience working with APPs, medical residents, or trainees in clinical settings.

Nice to have

• Certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) or 3+ years of specialized clinical experience.
• Medical fluency in Spanish.
