Location: Remote (Must hold active TX licensure)

Salary: Starts at $115,000 + annual bonus

A tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs through a virtual-first and in-home model.

What you will do

  • Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, overseeing care plans and coordinating with PCPs and specialists.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatricians, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers.
  • Conduct virtual enrollment visits, acute escalations, sick visits, and post-hospital follow-ups.
  • Educate and support parents to help them navigate their child's health journey with confidence.
  • Coordinate prescriptions and streamline referrals to remove barriers to quality care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Completion of an accredited NP or PA-C program with board certification.
  • Active TX licensure required (additional license in MO or IL is preferred).
  • Bilingual Spanish is required.
  • Experience with children with complex medical needs and Medicaid/Community health.
  • Ability to lead and guide a clinical team in a fast-paced startup environment.
