What you will do

• Communicate the operating company’s financial performance, plans, and targets across various organizational levels.
• Investigate and analyze monthly variances to the forecast, plan, and prior periods.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with accounting, operations, supply chain, and program management to develop monthly forecasts and budgets.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics.
• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required per ITAR regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Government accounting and GAAP.
• Prior experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Background in manufacturing operations and factory processes.
