What you will do

• Build and publish training content in WalkMe, Articulate Rise 360, and other authoring tools from drafts and specifications.
• Administer the Docebo Learning Management System, including user management and course configuration.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve learner support tickets via ZenDesk.
• Ensure technical accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to design standards for all training assets.
• Collaborate with Abstraction Training Managers to deliver high-quality learning solutions on schedule.
• Improve the efficiency of content development workflows and learning platform administration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level proficiency in WalkMe and Articulate Rise 360.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (Docebo experience is highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning best practices.
• Ability to overlap at least 2 hours with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Degree or certification in instructional design with a focus on digital learning.
• Experience scoping and delivering cross-functional training for complex technical subject matter.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting learners within an LMS environment.
• Portfolio of work samples creating content for adult learners.
