Location: 100% Remote (US-based company, 1099 Freelance or CtoC)

Hourly Rate: $50-65/hour USD

What you will do

• Design and develop high-impact learning solutions for pharmaceutical clients.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex clinical and sales information into engaging content.
• Support rapid development of workshop materials during high-velocity project phases.
• Maintain team chemistry by collaborating with Custom Learning team and Project Managers.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• Proven experience designing learning materials for pharmaceutical clients.
• Agile mindset to handle project fluctuations and tight deadlines (e.g., 2-month sprints).
• Instructional design experience with diverse learning assets portfolio.
• Proficiency in remote tools: Articulate Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI fluency: leverage no-code AI tools like Gemini Gems for creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pharma Sales training.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging tech for development workflows.
