What you will do

• Lead a team of Project Managers overseeing a portfolio with annual revenue exceeding $30M.
• Own and report consolidated revenue forecasts and monitor team chargeable utilization.
• Manage delivery quality and serve as a primary escalation point for critical customer issues.
• Define and drive the adoption of project management standards and governance frameworks.
• Oversee resource planning, project staffing, and the quality of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align strategic direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• 3+ years in leadership roles managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or engineering.
• Proficiency in PSA platforms (e.g., NetSuite OpenAir, Certinia) for forecasting and resource bookings.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
