What you will do

• Design and create new tools and pipelines based on the needs of content creation staff.
• Maintain and extend existing tools to meet project and team requirements.
• Develop tools that streamline content creation for internal and external collaborators.
• Document tool functionality and proactively communicate updates.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems within Unreal Engine editor systems.
• Participate in studio playtests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional tools programming experience.
• Proficiency in C#, C/C++, and Visual Studio.
• Experience extending and implementing Unreal slate controls.
• Solid math skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in North America for remote work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with shell scripts and task automation.
• Experience building WinForms, WPF, or Blazor applications.
• Experience with SQL and extending databases.
• Knowledge of designing or extending Web APIs.
• Prior experience shipping multiplatform titles, especially Multiplayer Action or FPS games.
