Salary: $140,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Manage ports to XSX|S, PS5, and Switch 2.
• Optimize and specialize code to pass console certification.
• Integrate first-party services and SDKs.
• Collaborate with artists to resolve asset performance concerns.
• Mentor other engineers in writing performant code.
• Develop tools for performance failure detection and correction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Game Engine.
• Experience porting software to mobile and/or Nintendo Switch.
• Expertise in rendering pipelines and GPU debugging.
• Strong software architecture skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with XSX|S and PS5 console development.
• Experience developing tools for content creation.
• Background in planning and production.
