What you will do

• Design and create new tools and pipelines based on the needs of content creation staff.
• Maintain and extend existing tools to support project and team requirements.
• Develop tools that simplify content creation for internal and external contributors.
• Document tool functionality and communicate updates proactively to the team.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems within Unreal Engine editor systems.
• Participate in studio playtests to ensure tool effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional tools programming experience.
• Proficiency in C#, C/C++, and Visual Studio.
• Experience extending and implementing Unreal slate controls.
• Must be based in North America for remote or hybrid arrangements.
• Solid math skills and strong teamwork communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with shell scripts and automation tools.
• Knowledge of WinForms, WPF, or Blazor.
• Experience with SQL and database extension.
• Experience designing and extending Web APIs.
• Prior experience shipping multiplatform titles, especially multiplayer action games or FPS.
