What you will do

• Architect and maintain production-quality player investment systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5.
• Provide technical guidance to teammates on system interfacing, constraints, and best practices.
• Collaborate daily with cross-disciplinary teams to develop new gameplay experiences.
• Design systems that drive player engagement across thousands of hours of gameplay.

Requirements

• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in C++.
• Experience designing and building networked game systems related to long-term player pursuits.
• Professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
