What you will do
- Architect and maintain production-quality player investment systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5.
- Provide technical guidance to teammates on system interfacing, constraints, and best practices.
- Collaborate daily with cross-disciplinary teams to develop new gameplay experiences.
- Design systems that drive player engagement across thousands of hours of gameplay.
Requirements
- Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in C++.
- Experience designing and building networked game systems related to long-term player pursuits.
- Professional experience with Unreal Engine.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working on live service games.
- Development experience across multiple platforms (PC, console).
- Experience mentoring or managing other engineers.
