What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for bank and broker clients, owning requests from inquiry through resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex challenges involving products, data, and operational workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business priorities and constraints.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and proactively recommend improvements.
• Partner with internal product, operations, and technology teams to implement service and product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, fintech, or financial services.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Edgewood, NY.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to analyze and organize insights.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication.
