Location: Hybrid: Must live within 25 miles of 60081 zip code (Spring Grove, IL). In-office Tuesday-Thursday.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Guide applicants through the loan application process and support the day-to-day operations of a customer’s life-cycle.
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and instant messages.
  • Review and evaluate client financial documents and research financial history.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to process loan applications in an expedited fashion.
  • Assist with recovering overdue payments by negotiating payment plans in partnership with customers.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 25 miles of the 60081 zip code.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or collections.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Strong ability to multi-task across multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong at-home internet connection for remote work days.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in consumer financial sales or collections.
  • Prior experience working in a call center environment.
