What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders and legal teams on customer contract negotiations and regulatory filings.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including master services agreements (MSA), statements of work (SOW), and NDAs.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes and respond to regulatory requests.
• Lead departmental projects and initiatives to optimize legal service delivery.

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any state bar.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements in technology, financial services, or payments industries.
• Deep expertise in drafting and negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Cincinnati, OH, although other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
