What you will do

• Design and document scalable processes that support the operational footprint of autonomous vehicle technology.
• Manage the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product/Engineering, translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and deploy new product features.
• Define operational KPIs and monitor product performance in the field to communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to ensure alignment and smooth feature adoption.
• Provide data-driven updates on product-related operational progress and mitigation plans to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles at operational-intensive tech companies.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data tools such as Kibana or Elastic to drive decisions.
• Must be willing to work full-time in the Lancaster, TX office.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working across diverse technical and operational teams.
• Aptitude for leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or process optimization.
• Experience in autonomy, mobility, supply chain, or logistics domains.
• Experience working in both startup and larger corporate environments.
