Principal Digital Product Manager (Applied AI): Leading the identification and execution of AI roadmaps across business functions with an accent on scaling applied AI capabilities and rapid prototyping. Focus on translating business needs into technical AI/ML requirements, managing the AI development lifecycle, and delivering high-value agentic and generative AI solutions.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the USA (Mossville, IL; Denver, CO or Irving, TX). This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Salary: $159,120 - $258,570

What you will do

• Partner with business functions to define AI visions, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for AI/ML systems.
• Develop rapid functional prototypes using tools like Claude, Copilot, and low-code agent builders.
• Lead the AI development lifecycle in collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Create frameworks and playbooks to empower business teams to identify and build AI prototypes independently.
• Ensure all AI products adhere to corporate governance and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Manager for Agentic AI, Generative AI, or ML products.
• Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, model types (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs), and MLOps challenges.
• Ability to personally build functional prototypes using modern AI tooling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Degree in Data Science or Engineering.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML.
• Prior experience managing products in FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks for evaluating model-driven features.
