Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois or Corinth, Mississippi. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Lead engine and engine component NPI programs to introduce new Cat Reman service offerings to the market.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and business resource teams to execute project deliverables.
• Identify and prioritize project goals to maintain velocity and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Solve complex technical challenges within a manufacturing or product management environment.
• Form and manage effective teams using advanced team-building techniques.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Engineering or Materials Science curriculum.
• Expert knowledge of project management strategies, tactics, and resource utilization.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead effective project teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of engines or engine components.
• Experience with Remanufacturing and/or NPI program management.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex projects utilizing business acumen.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.
