What you will do

• Lead region-for-region manufacturing programs from design transfer through production readiness.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Translate engineering drawings and BOMs into clear manufacturing requirements and supplier needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers based on technical capability.
• Coordinate supplier qualification and manufacturing ramp-up activities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet cost and quality targets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing project management, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier management.
• Proven experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Availability for up to 50% domestic and international travel.
