TL;DR

Group Product Manager (Retail B2B): Define and drive strategy for Wholesale Network platform to help merchants and brands discover, evaluate, and manage products, with an accent on structured data, platform integrations, and multi-surface user experiences. Focus on scaling products and teams, aligning cross-functional partners, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Compensation information solely for candidates to perform work within Ontario, Canada. Option of fully remote work.

$160-180k base (Ontario).

What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and direction for major Wholesale Network area based on company priorities and customer needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering product judgment, prioritization, and customer-centric culture.
  • Ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences aligned with platform strategy, managing cross-team dependencies with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market.
  • Support discovery, prioritization, delivery, success metrics, and learning from outcomes; surface risks and navigate tradeoffs.
  • Champion merchants/suppliers voice and contribute to broader product/organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management in software companies.
  • Proven experience leading and developing Product Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
  • Experience with technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform systems.
  • Strong product judgment, stakeholder alignment, and track record of customer/business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
  • Building or scaling platform capabilities.
  • Working with SMB and enterprise customers.
