Group Product Manager (Retail B2B): Define and drive strategy for Wholesale Network platform to help merchants and brands discover, evaluate, and manage products, with an accent on structured data, platform integrations, and multi-surface user experiences. Compensation information solely for candidates to perform work within Ontario, Canada. Option of fully remote work.
$160-180k base (Ontario).

What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and direction for major Wholesale Network area based on company priorities and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering product judgment, prioritization, and customer-centric culture.
- Ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences aligned with platform strategy, managing cross-team dependencies with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market.
- Support discovery, prioritization, delivery, success metrics, and learning from outcomes; surface risks and navigate tradeoffs.
- Champion merchants/suppliers voice and contribute to broader product/organizational strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management in software companies.
- Proven experience leading and developing Product Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
- Experience with technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform systems.
- Strong product judgment, stakeholder alignment, and track record of customer/business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
- Building or scaling platform capabilities.
- Working with SMB and enterprise customers.
